Terms & Conditions:
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the supply of all goods and services sold by Soul Vibrations Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”), unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Payment, Prices, and Specifications
- We accept payment via bank deposit, Visa, or MasterCard. Note: credit card payments may incur a 1.5% surcharge.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZ).
- Soul Vibrations Limited is not registered for GST, and therefore no GST is charged or included in our prices.
- We reserve the right to update prices, specifications, and policies at any time without notice.
- We make every effort to ensure prices and product details are accurate, but availability, pricing, or specifications may change. If any change affects your purchase, we will notify you promptly.
2. Freight and Delivery
- Freight is charged on all orders and calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- We do not charge extra freight if part of an order is back-ordered.
- We currently do not accept overseas delivery orders.
- Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to deliver promptly, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or to the carrier. Claims for goods damaged in transit should be made directly to the carrier immediately.
3. Returns, Credits, and Refunds
- Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical products.
- Damaged or missing items: All claims must be made within 14 days of shipment. Proof-of-delivery requests must be made within 90 days.
- Return authorisation: Required for any returns beyond the 14-day period.
- To start a return or credit claim, email amy@soulvibrations.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.
4. Consumer Guarantees Act
- If goods are purchased for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
- In these cases, the only warranty offered is the manufacturer’s warranty, and liability for direct or consequential damages will not exceed the price paid.
5. Risk and Ownership
- Ownership of goods remains with Soul Vibrations Limited until full payment has been received.
- Risk passes to you on delivery to your address or to the carrier.
6. Information Security
- Our website uses 256-bit encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
7. Crystal Club Subscription
If you subscribe to our Crystal Club, the following terms apply:
7.1 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month as your original purchase.
- For example, if your first payment is made on the 12th, your subscription will renew on the 12th of every month.
- Payment on your renewal date secures your Crystal Club box for the upcoming month.
- Boxes are lovingly curated to align with Soul Vibrations’ high-frequency, soul-led monthly themes and are dispatched on or around the 10th of each month.
7.2 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle by logging into your account and managing your subscription.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
7.3 Refunds
- No refunds are provided for change of mind on subscription boxes.
- If your box arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
7.4 Policy Updates
- We may update subscription terms, including pricing and policies. Any changes will be communicated via email and will not affect previously charged amounts.
8. Ethical Sourcing Commitment
- All products are sourced with care and respect for the Earth, the communities involved, and the spiritual integrity of each item.
- Our suppliers share our commitment to sustainability, fair labour practices, and responsible harvesting or mining.
- By purchasing from Soul Vibrations, you support a journey aligned with conscious, high-frequency living.
