Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To accommodate this, we offer the following cancellation policy:

  1. Booking Cancellations or Rescheduling:
    • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session, appointment or event.
    • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via email at amy@soulvibrations.co.nz
  2. Non-Refundable Policy:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
    • Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
    • The Melchizedek Workshops have a $250 non-refundable deposit for all course materials.


Crystal Club Subscription

If you subscribe to our Crystal Club, the following terms apply:

  1. Automatic Renewal:
    Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date each month as your original purchase.
    For example, if your first payment is made on the 12th, your subscription will renew on the 12th of every month.
    Payment on your renewal date secures your Crystal Club box for the upcoming month.
    Boxes are lovingly curated to align with Soul Vibrations’ high-frequency, soul-led monthly themes and are dispatched on or around the 10th of each month.
  2. Cancellation
    You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle by logging into your account and managing your subscription.
    Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
  3. Refunds
    No refunds are provided for change of mind on subscription boxes.
    If your box arrives with damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
  4. Policy Updates
    We may update subscription terms, including pricing and policies. Any changes will be communicated via email and will not affect previously charged amounts.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensure a high-quality experience for all our clients.
