When will I be charged?
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your original purchase date.
This secures your Crystal Club box for the following month.
When will my box be shipped?
Boxes ship on the 10th of the month following your payment.
For example:
If you are billed on 12th March, your box will be dispatched on 10th April.
Tracking details are emailed once your box is on its way.
When is the monthly theme announced?
Each month’s energy theme is revealed about 2 weeks before boxes are sent.
Email subscribers receive early access to the theme before it’s shared on our social media.

Can I cancel, pause, or skip a month?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Important: If you do not cancel before your next billing date, you will receive one final box before the cancellation takes effect.
Subscriptions cannot currently be paused, but you may cancel and rejoin at any time to skip a month if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the curated and energetic nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or missing items? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll support you with a solution.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Crystal Club is available within New Zealand only.
Missed a month?
Limited past boxes may be available for one-off purchase in our Crystal Club Vault. These are special releases and not guaranteed – perfect if you missed a month!

What happens after you join?
Once your subscription is active:
You’ll be billed on your purchase date – this becomes your monthly renewal date.
Join before the 10th?Your first box ships that month.
Join after the 10th?Your first box ships the following month.
Each box is lovingly curated with intention and aligned to the monthly energy theme.
Tracking details are emailed once your box is on its way.
And from there, your monthly Crystal Club ritual begins – a sacred moment just for you.
